Job Context

We are looking for an organized sales and marketing manager to assist in selling Software Solutions of Opus Technology Limited and to create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly reports and provide an effective recap of previous year performance and review same.
  • Develop and implement an operational plan for reservation and provide forecast to executive management.
  • Design various innovative marketing strategies to increase sales for all product launches.
  • Maintain all activities related to product marketing and provide support to sales and establish effective marketing communication.
  • Develop and maintain good professional relationships with main accounts and strategic partners of company.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to determine international marketing application and ensure compliance with company’s rule.
  • Analyze and identify appropriate partner for each product in geographic market.
  • Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
  • Provide new business setups and implement same for new product lines and ensure growth.
  • Provide and implement various company pricing policies.
  • Design sales contacts for all vertical markets.
  • Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
  • Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific vertical and product markets.
  • Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
  • Assist global agents with technical backup, project implementation for all marketing strategies.

Educational Requirements

  • Academic qualifications will be flexible for more experienced candidate.
  • Having professional degree will be highly welcomed.
  • Experience Requirements The candidate should have minimum 4 years of experience in sales in IT
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • The candidate who has experience in sales related to Software Development/IT Industry will get preference
  • Must have English language communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing & Listening)
  • Highly exceptional team-handling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, email writing and knowledge of Internet sales.
  • Flexible for office timing, travelling and maintaining liaison etc. and ready to work under pressure.
  • Good presentation and outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, and ambitious in achieving goals.
  • Possess the skill to work within team and also perform independently.
