Qualification /Education:

CSC/Engineering/MBA,
or a related field.
Experience
·
At
least 2-5 years in IT enable company.
Additional Requirements
·
Minimum
of 2-5 years of working experience in the IT Sector like as Software
development company for software implementation/project management.
·
Proven
ability to analyze, plan, implement, and monitor project activities, facilitate
training/orientation events, organizing project events.
·
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills including fluency in Bengali and English
- with an ability to write and speak.
·
Strong
organizational and communication skills, proficient in essential computer
software such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, or any software operation.
·
Ability
to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
This
position is primarily responsible for ensuring project implementation including
for the following tasks, but not limited to:

Supervising
all implementation engineer & technical coordinators and providing
strategic guidance and support to ensure effective project delivery.
·
Assigning
and monitoring resources during project UAT, training & others support at
project sites to maximize efficiency and deliverables.
·
Providing
regular updates on project/event status, training schedules, UAT status,
progress, and changes (if any) including clients communication status to the top
management
·
Coordinating
regularly with Project implementation and Operations teams to ensure the
seamless implementation of all assigned tasks.
·
All kind of Project Reporting to the
DGM & CTO or Top Management
